Brake Pads

Thinking about getting new pads for the SS3 but i want to know what peole woul recommend? EBC red stuff or green stuff or anything else? And also will these fit on my own disks or will i need to upgrade them too?

i just got ebc red stuff and discs... but haven't fitted them yet. i did a lot of reading about red vs green beforehand and red seems to be the way to go. as for discs at the same time, ebc do harp on about fitting new pads with old discs can accelerate pad wear, which i suppose is possible if they have to bed to an old disc that might be slightly mis-shaped, but i reckon it's more to do with making more money on selling extra stuff... lol worked on me! :)
