Which Std Brake Pads?

EBC website offers 3 std types, 2 for ABS, 1 for without ABS. Given that the ABS light comes on the dash when I turn the key, I'm taking that as a massive clue. One set says 99-, the other says 2001-. As mine is a 2002 model, it comes into both categories. I tried ring Toyota, but all he would say was I've got a set for £38 or thereabouts. They would not answer my question as regards which were the right ones, simply that he's got "the right ones".

Any ideas folks. The VIN starts JTDK if that helps. :(

when you ring toyota and they put your number into the parts system it just gets them a part number, then they order or find the corresponsing part in the store, it doesnt give them any details so he will know if he has the right part or not but nothing about this part.

if your yaris is a 2002, then it comes into the category of 2001-on.

If you put in that your car was made after 2001 and has abs then you only get one result...:

Im having bother trying to find out if my car has 235 or 255 mm discs atm without having to go and measure them, which i cant be ubikd doing.

Does anyone know if the prices on that ebc site are for pairs of discs? I imagine they are but im not sure.

Thanks for taking the time to reply, and it seems to make sense. To return the compliment, again using the EBC website. I put the 'D986' disc (£35) in the shopping cart and when I went to the 'checkout' it automatically doubled it to 2 discs (£70) as they had to be bought as a set.
