Engine Management Warning Light

Hi, i was wondering if anyone can help? I was driving my 2001 reg celica today and was in second gear got to just over 6000rpm but the lift didnt kick in and my engine management warning light has appeared on my dash, the car still drives ok, just i daren't go over 5000rpm now incase i do some damage?? any help much apprieciated.

Have you had your Lift Bolts replaced with the revised/improved version?, one may be broken and you don't want part of a Bolt dropping into your Engine innards. They only cost a few pence each (there are two) from Toyota.
