*****************************SOLD*****************************************

For sale - unfinished project.

1975 Toyota Hiace RH11 - 12R engine.

Still has original steel roof.

Interesting no. plate - JYM

No major rust - Body restored in 2000 and painted back to original Irish white, but paintwork tatty now due to standing around. Interior and windows need work.

14" Smiths chrome steel wheels.

Engine and gearbox out of car.

Gearbox, suspension, steering and rear axle overhauled as new - just needs brake shoes relined and speedo drive gear.

Wiring needs reconnecting.

Engine stripped and partially rebuilt - ported head, modified rocker shaft assembly, balanced crank, lightened flywheel,36 IDF Webers with linkages on fabricated manifolds, 1 off 4 branch exhaust manifold, modified crankcase breather, uprated alternator, all crank bearings, gaskets and seals. rebuilt distributor and starter motor. All parts cleaned and ready for assembly. No wear in bores- just needs hone and new rings.

Original manifolds included.

Rebuilt radiator - new core.

All work done by professional engine builder. (me!)

Just needs an enthusiastic person to finish the project.

I'm moving abroad so its got to go.

I'll even throw in a couple of amps and a sub woofer

P.S. Never did get a modified cam (see my previous post) but Piper Cams can do a fast road one from the original blank and some cash.

Offers around £400 for the complete lot (Sorry - wont break)

Buyer collects (near Fleet Hants)
