No offence mate, but they are two different cars, yours has 50k more on the clock, has an aftermarket pea shooter exhaust, missing mud guard, faded paint, standard suspension, wheels and lights etc, whereas the other one speaks for itself. Sorry didn't mean to offend you.

extra 50k but with full service history, there is no missing mudguard. has got its original exhaust, paintwork is like that coz of the light, and if you look at the one your lookin at carefully it looks like its been sprayed like 3 times over. your still a learner, maybe you should get out more and look into corolla gti's before you actually buy one.

and to show you that the paintwork is not faded look at the pic of it here with my gt :

I knew you'd get offended, could you please tell me how you can tell by looking at the pictures that it's sprayed three times over (?), beats me, you must have x-ray vision, I am 38 years old and have had about 12 GTi's, you were probably still in nappies when I purchased my first one in 1988, the exhaust on your car is not a standard GTi item but an aftermarket standard back box, as the original exhaust they came with is pictured on the other car, and I'm supposed to be the learner here!, an extra 50k is an extra 50k regardless if it has a ful history, ditto!

Clam down, lol!

Iv owned alot of GTI's in the past - Iv got 2 atm, One with 69K on the clock and another with 140K on the clock.

Iv had my 140K gti for over 2 years now, Its much faster than my 69K. A mate of mine had one with 170K on the clock which he sold to Ae92_lover and that was a quick one. Theory is the more miles its done, the engine feels abit more worn in and does get faster.

That J reg one on pistonheads looks Ok but i think its over priced. Its worth no way near that imo - Look at how faded the spoiler is.

AE92_lovers looks Good, Not saying this because i know him but the car has full history, Has had the rust treated (Tailgate etc), And doesnt have any mods which suggest its been abused.

Theres also a White one on eBay that looks quite Tasty.

hehe people are gonna hate me :P But I bought my AE92 GT-I 16 for £200 with a full Toyota Yoemans service history like every 6,000 miles all toyota yoemans reciepts to prove the lot.. also the car came with a set of Koni shocks which my friend never fitted the cars imaculate inside and just has some rust on the wing and one rear arch.. and it's done 83,000 miles and will glady play with BMW 320's, 323's 325's

Just thought i'd post up that to say you can find cheap ones out there and i liked the fact it hadnt been lowered or anything had the standard alloys exhaust the lot :) You can find em out there!!
