hello all my name is darren and from aberdeen,i bought an 02 reg avensis vermont 1.8vvt-i yesterday its only done 43k and was wondering what type of problems or issues to look out for my previuos car was a ford galaxy aspen 2.0 (both petrol). any advice will be much appriciated

Welcome Icon.

Check oil levels regularly and make sure you get services done at the recommended intervals - preferably by Toyota.

There have been problems with some of these engines using excessive amounts of oil, and Toyota have replaced the short engine up to 7 years old, providing service has been carried out properly.
