Retro-fit Fog Lights To 1.3 Zinc?

My son is buying a 56 plate Yaris 1.3 Zinc and has been quoted about £350 to have Toyota front fog lights fitted. Does anyone know if these can be purchased separately as a kit to fit yourself and how easy is it? I assume all the wiring is already in place. If anyone who has done this could give me easy to understand fitting instructions it would be helpful. Thanks
