2.0d-4d Knocking Noise

ive just rescently purchased a corolla d4d which was serviced before i got it, it only has 15k on the clock so its still practically brand new.

the last 2 long runs out (about 50miles) i have heard a horrible knocking noise coming from somwhere.

the best way i could describe this sound is as though a wheel is loose (ive checked them theyre fine) or the kind of sound you would get from an unbalanced driveshaft on an old transit (sorry best i could do)

it only lasts about 10 seconds.

was just wondering if anyone had any ideas before i take it back into the garage.
