Limiter For Top Speed On Celica Gen 7?

not that ive taken it to its limit or anything as that gets these sort of topics closed, but does the 140 gen7 celica have a limited top speed as........i hear it doesnt go higher than 130.

Ive looked around but it doesnt say anywhere.

That's about its top speed.

Not limited by anything other than the fact that the engine can't push it through the air any faster than that.
