It's a small chip you place in your IAT or Intake Air Temperature sensor which fools the ecu into thinking that the air coming into the engine is 3-4 degrees cooler than it actually is. The actual gains from these chips are noticeable, but minimal at best. also, in the three months I had mine on my car before deciding it was a piece of :censor: , the chip repeatedly triggered the check engine light, and although some give you instructions on how to remove a fuse to make the light go off, the directions are not car specific, and that's hardly a good idea. I'd steer clear. Anything that says you can get 20hp for 3.50 is never going to be true.

Yeah, I agree with 2nr. You seldom get something for nothing <_< Would be nice though, wouldn't it ;)

Don't like the idea of disconnecting a warning light that was put there for a purpose :o

I try out gimmicks off and on to see the outcome or learn something but I'll pass on this one.
