I take it that auto locking on a 4.3 is not an option. I have tried all the combiations I can find on the web

Apart from disabling the vsc/traction control I am not aware of any owner changeable items. I can send you a list of dealer changeable items if you pm me with your email address.

Incidentally for those unhappy with the bleeper when the key is in and the door is open it can be turned off.
