Really Easy Question!

Alright so i have had a system in my car for a while now. i blew a fuse somewhere in my car and now my radio, my clock and cigarette lighter dont work. Usually the fuse box is underneath the drivers side, but its not there. i checked to the left of there and theres nothing. the right fuse isnt even under the hood???

any suggestions???

for anyone who cares i found the fuse box finally behind the freaking storage compartment to the left of the steering wheel!!! why would it be there? perhaps harry houdini had something to do with it
