Tinted Windows - Light Or Med?

Hi all - just wanted a bit of advice from those of you who have had your windows tinted.

I have a Thunder Grey and want the rear windows done - what grade of tint should I go for - light or medium?

i'd go with medium, light is to light, you'd just be wasting your money
