Here you go

and seriously whilst you are at it lubricate the slider pins (as clearly shown in the above text). They should move very smoothly, if they do not you must strip them and their rubber boot and clean them thoroughly with brake cleaner which you can buy in a spray can from any autofactors and lube them again afterwards. Binding on these pins is the biggest cause of high fuel consumption and premature pad/disc wear.

Do the front disc and sliders at the same time.

Just a note of caution... When lubricating brake parts, be 100% certain to use an approved brake lubricant and NOT ordinary mineral based grease or products such as Copaslip or WD40... If you do use these products, initial results will seem good... BUT, mineral oils & greases attack the silicone rubber seals and bellows in brake hardware and usually cause them to swell up horrendously... This causes sliding pins to jam and brake pistons to refuse to return, causing (at best) the newly assembled brake to bind horribly... You have been warned...

Also... The rear discs house the inboard handbrake drums... When replacing the discs, take photos of each side BEFORE you dismantle it... There are 5 springs, 2 different shoes, a ratchet adjuster and a cable to get back in there afterwards... Those photos will help enormously...

And... The ABS system relys on sensors that detect wheel movement (or the lack of it...) The wires to thes can be quite fragile... DON'T let the caliper hang and stretch or damage these cables (as if you would) and DO make certain that they're correctly clipped back into place when you're closing everything up...

Lastly... The handbrake cable adjuster is an absolute SOD to reach on the Previa... (Unless you happen to have a 4-post ramp...) If you're replacing the disks, it's highly likely that the cables will need re-adjusting to get the handbrake to work correctly... The nuts on the adjuster are 12mm and this is where you'll need that WD40 and Copaslip - in vast quantities...

HTH :D
