Corolla Gti Ae92 Early Or Late Spec?

hi im new to the toyota scene and i am looking at fensport.co.uk to get some performance parts(its my off the road project at the moment.) and i dont know if my car is early or late spec? how would i tell?

its a corolla gti 1.6 16v gti twin cam, ae92 im told and first registered 22-10-1990 if that helps.

also does anyone know of any other good websites for performance parts for my car? i want a turbo kit for it anyone know of any good ones? thanks very much for any help you can give me on this topic.

If its from 1990 its a Late spec hi torque one.
