I reckon the reason it is quiet is there is NO LINK TO THE CHATROOM ANYWHERE

it is all very well someone saying "oh, it's in my signature".

Yeah - Think I'll drop in the chatroom... I know, I'll try and remember who said the link is in his sig, find a post by them and then click on it :ffs:

If you genuinely want more people to use the chatroom, then make it easier for them to find the door

Thanks, Steve - but again, my point is it is stuck in a post and by the time "chat night" comes around again, can't be found! Why not have aentry saying "chat room"along side all the other ones at the top ... Gallery, registry, Blogs, etc - seems made for it ;)

I totally agree with Hoovie.... if the chatroom is to be used more frequently then it has to be made clear on the forum front page as to where they chatroom is

It can be done as I have seen it on another car website :)

If there is anything I want or am interested in using I usually bookmark it, otherwise it can't be interesting enough

Les.... that is fair enough and in a way I agree with you but if a newbie walks into the forum he/she will not know where to find the chatroom

Pinned a link and locked it

Bet you still get people asking how to get to the chat room ;)

Found the link

Um, how do you use the chat room? :help:

Just kidding ;) - but what would REALLY be handy is if you could add in the regular Session Times in that post as well.

I know, I know, I want my cake and eat it, but just trying to help make the TOC as popular and friendly as possible

People can go on at any time and when the link is clicked it comes up with the regular times anyway ;)
