Prius Video Manual?

My brother, who is not Internet connected, bought a new 2008 Prius. He is having a problem with the 20 pound Owner's Manual (dyslexia), but was told by the salesman that a video Manual was "available online".

I have googled down to page 20 and can't find anything listed--but did find this forum. Does anyone know anything about an Owner's Manual video?

I'd like to be able to follow up today, and not wait for the Customer Service to open tomorrow when I won't be able to take time to contact them. Especially if it IS "available online"!
