2c-t Or 2c-te Is There A Difference

I am looking to buy a new oil filter. i have a toyota avensis 2.0 TD with the 2C-TE engine. Is there a difference betwen this and the 2C-T engine. :ffs:

I am not sure, but i thought the 'T' stood for Turbo.

I know the carina E comes with a TURBO Diesel engine.

Maybe the 2c-t < is for the Carina and the big ugly people carriers

and the 2c-te is for the Avensis

2c > Carina 2 (1992>1996)

2c-t > Carina E (1996>1998)

2c-te > Avensis (1998>2001)
