Speaker Blown In 2004 Avensis

Hi all i need a spot of help, i think my front driver side speaker has blown. Using the fade/bal buttons, the sound from it is rattly and distorted compared to the rest of the Speakers. What i need to know is how to replace it ie. take the inside door panel off and the make and model of the speaker in my 2004 avensis. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks ;)

To remove door panel. Gently prise out fuel cap release switch & if you look upwards through hole you should see 10mm bolt holding panel. Next you should find screw behind inner door release handle trim. May be screw behind window button switch pack (leave this to last just incase) you should now be able to remove panel. Panel is held in by plastic clips, pop panel off with trim remover or large flatblade screwdriver, don't use small screwdriver it will cut into panel causing damage. Then lift panel upwards to remove as it sits over top inner edge of door.
