Changing Seats In A 3dr T3 (54 Reg)

Hi all,

New to this forum and have have my corolla e12 for almost 2 weeks. Problem is, I find the seats are uncomfortable and are giving my back a bit of jip.

They also make the car feel like im in a mpv too!!

I Have been looking to change the seats, will celica seats fit? Or can anybody recommend some seats that I can use.

Im looking to get a bit lower to the floor too so i feel more involved when driving.

Used to have an Integra type R and found those seats were perfect, will they fit at all?

Could anybody help me?

maybe u can get corolla Tsport seat, saw it on eBay, they are a bit different, i think they are more comfort

do u still got those integra type R seats, because i got a corolla and a civic, and i am looking for integra type R seats to install it on to my civic, are u willing to sell it to me, PM me

sorry mate i havent got the teg seats anymore but there are some on eBay. They were the seats from the black teg so were black too, very nice to put in anything.

Might go to toyota today an sit in a t sport as ive seen one 2nd hand on the front. (why couldnt it have been there 2 weeks ago!!!)

if i remeber correctly, i think u can fit recaro seat (i have saw people fitting Accord Type R seats on to tsport), on to a corolla, but u need a special rail, and it costs a fortune.

I wouldn't recommend changing your seats totally as you will lose the side airbag fitted in them.

You can go to an upholsterer and they can take out the foam and put in memory foam, my friend had this done in his focus and made it 100 times more comfy!

cheers smodtah, i know somewhere i could get it done near me too, custom coach trimmings. How much did it cost for you mate to have it done?

he changed only the driver's seat and it cost him around £80 I think.
