Been looking into buying an Aygo and spoke to a car broker today who said that if I bought now it would be a July delivery due to manufacturer order and a revised dash.

Does anyone know if this is true - are Aygo going to be refreshed inside soon?

I have just ordered an Aygo Blue, and I too was told by the dealer that it would have a revised dashboard. Revised in what way I don't know though, still it will be interesting to see what Toyota are changing.

I too was told this, but he said that they were just removing the blue coloured elements and using standard silver for them. I dont think they are changing the physical layout.

Citroen have recently chromed out the interior on one of their versions on the C1. they call it C1 Code, which reminds me of a movie Tom Hanks probably regrets making. Maybe Toyota will do the same

Oww that interior is really nice, but the way the garage told me they were just standardising the dash for the aygo blue, as they were not making the blue detail interior anymore. Guess we shall have to wait and see, I am due to get my Aygo Blue next week at some point.

God its awful! lol not my taste.

You'll probably find that as they have been out for 3 years now its a mid life face lift. im sure it wont be anything major, just a few changes here and there

Hopefully trying to buy the chrome parts for C1 Code next week. (Let's hope citroen don't ask me for a vin number)

ewww that chrome looks cheap and tacky.

I dont see it lasting long.

Chromed plastic is never a good idea.

its crap don't bother. the chromey bits are just stick on plastic bits that fit over the originals. Do it properly by sray painting if your gonna do it.

Picked up my Blue last week & phoned the dealer when I eventually noticed I didnt have the blue dash surrounds, just the (I presume) standard grey.

He called me back to explain the latest Toyota bulletin announced the Blue was losing its blue bits. Hey ho, I can live without them, although IMHO they did like good. If a dealer is trying to cite this as a sales point, then that's pretty ballsy!

The sales guy said that he thinks he secured my car before they got rid of the blue dials, but i dont mind either way, my rev counter will match the silver better.

I picked up my Blue last week, and have the blue dials. I quite like them :D

Even if you do get the standard grey ones, but prefer the blue ones, it shouldn't be that hard to spray them, just ask for a tin of paint from the dealer ship. I'm planning to with my car, even though mine is the bog standard there is :D

That looks absolutley horrendous. It looks like someone has raided the bargain bin at Halfords for a load of that sticky back plastic foil stuff. One step too far.....
