traded in corolla a month ago for a celica

last couple weeks i been having bit wheel wobble, so i went to tyre dealer today thinking i may have a bleb or soft spot on my tyre

when looking close at the tyres the guy looked through the allow and pointed out marks on my discs and thinks this is brake judder and the front pads and discs need replacing! am i right to think that after driving just 800 miles since buying the car, mr t has cut a corner here and the discs should have been replaced in the pre delivery full service that was carried out.

me thinks that if id took the car in for service id have been given an advisory to change the discs on the safety report

do i stand my ground and ask for them to be changed free of charge

i had similar when i got mine - i noticed the pads and discs were low - they said it gets a pre delivery bla bla bla! picked car up - no work done. took to me mates MOT centre - after giving the brakes a bit of abuse - put on brake machine. me mate put findings on letter headed paper and i went back to toyota. i didnt go through the service desk cos in my eye i had pointed out the fault and it wasnt done. all new discs and pads - no questions! the point i made was the car was delivered unsafe so it clearly hadnt been inspected like the paper work shows and below the standard toyota insists for approved used cars. dont be nice when dealing with this level of person - only polite.
