Yaris Rear Bumper

could anyone let me know how to remove the tinplate panel which sits below the plastic rear bumper on my yaris .Can you remove this alone or do you have to remove the plastic bumper as well . The reason i ask is that some bampot trolleyed me in a car park then decided just to ***** leaving me with a nice dent in the centre of the panel . I will attempt to chap it out if i can get the panel off .

its just held on by a couple of bolts i think and will come away quite easily. just have a look underneath
