Strange Creaking While Turning Wheel

Hi,

I wonder if anyone could assist?

We've a 2002 Verso (27,000 miles) owned from new and have a strange noise when we turn the steering wheel (clockwise)

It only happens during an incline, e.g. pulling away out of our driveway which is on an incline and never on a flat right turn.

I was wondering whether it was a bush issue?

by the description... it could be the 'elbow or shoulder' rather than the 'bush' :P
