What oil grade would you use for a 1997 Toyota Cynos (Paseo) using Mobil brand?

that's what I use in my 5E engine. It's recommended for the 5e-fhe, I'm assuming it's the same for the 5e-fe that you'll have.

Where would you find the sump plug on these?

it's at the bottom of the sump, to the drivers side of the car. I've got the 5E engine manual on PDF if it's any use to you!
