Sorry don't know your car, but on any car there are a few things I'd check on overheating.

It's clearly not happening for 'NO REASON'.

As Aamir2892 said, it could be the head gasket, so look for other symptoms of that - e.g. mayo in the oil filler cap, though you can get this anyway if the car is mostly used for short journeys, particularly over the winter months.

I think you need to supply more info - any problems with the heater for example? How quickly does it overheat?

Does the fan come one before it overheats or even at all? If not then fan itself, wiring or sensor could be at fault.

Check the thermostat which is fairly easily done; if that's not opening then it could be the problem.

thanks guys for the reply ,see it overheats heavy then all of a suden then it drops to cold ,and dont you guys know of how i can gain more power anything would be helpfull thanks guys :lol::rolleyes: :P

Could be a number of things first check all the basics like the radiator water, if the thermo fan is working and whether or not

the thermostat is opening to allow water to travel around the engine. A number of possible other things could be your ignition timing, or an air lock due to a leak somewhere in the cooling system. If there are bubbles under the radiator cap it could be the head gasket but check everything else first.
