Hi All,

I have a toyota Avensis (2001) 1.8 VVT-I and I must replace brake discs and pads. I would really appreciate if anybody can recommend me a decent brand of discs and pads in affordable price.

Thank you in advance,

George

Hi George,

I have used Brakes International for all my brakes requirements.

The cars I have used them on are honda, subaru, peugeot and mercedes..

The discs and pads I have had have been good and I can say that they are cheaper than dealers etc..

If you are doing them yourself then I would recommend the supplier above.

Hello George

My clock shows 99k (km) and I still drive on original brake discs. I use Bosch pads and they work very good. I have gone 20k after last pads changed and as vissible they will serve 20k more. The brake liquid level is still remains the top. Normally I reduce speed by the engine. I changed these pads at MrT dealer here in Ukraine.

Cheers/Igor
