averaging around 24mpg at the moment, driving fairly sensibly

normally mid to high 20's, if you do alot of motorway driving and stick arround 70 you should be able to get low to mid 30's but hoon around on boost driving and you be seeing low 20's high teens at best.

how on earth anyone can get mid to high 20's on a regular basis in a faff is a looney!

Talk about restraint! I fast for 30 days per year for the month of ramadan and even i couldnt get those figures!

? what u talking about? I am the same mid to high 20's with 97 ron fuel? y do u think thats good or bad? can get arround 30 for motorway driving?

Im taking the mic... What i was trying to say indirectly is that i couldnt drive the car off boost! Was just tooo tempting to drive without it.

The MR2 actually gave me just slightly better than the GT4 but then both had the boost upped to 15/16psi which also removes the boost restriction from 1st and 2nd gear which changes the feel of the car from launch totally! B)
