Corolla G6r

New to the site as im thinking of getting a G6R which ive been offered. Its a 99 in red with

75000 miles, everything standard apart from alloys £3000 and ive got a few questions?

Does the g6r come with lsd as standard?

Can 17s be fitted when lowered 35mm?

Is the mongoose exhaust system supplied by fensport a decent system or is a custom 2" stainless system better?

How often should the cambelt be changed?

Cheers

J

G6R's No LSD,

17"'s will fit provided you get the right offset or arches will need to be "rolled".

Cheers, its just the way it handles through the bends (absolutely awesome) that

made me think it might have an lsd fitted.

my corolla had 17" which was dropped 35mm with TTE springs, it rubbed if you got people in the back when going over bumps at speed! actually it rubber sometimes with just me in it! my advice is, get the arches rolled if you are getting 17"!!

not sure about the exhaust tho.

cam belt should be changed every 60k i think! did mine at 59k

i'm running 16's and needed my arches rolling (but i had a 205 50 profile) mongoose system is okay but you can have exactly what you want for about the same price (custom one) and perfomance gains are about the same. No LSD just plain awesome amounts of grip

took out in it. Another quick question; Has anyone had any experience with either the fensport

or ramair induction kit?

fraid i have no experince of both those brands of induction kits, fensports has good service though, i got my suspension through them. it's quite easy to make your own induction kits though.
