Avensis 2.0 Sr 1999

hi all i was wondering if anyone could help me on a question i have ive seen a avensis sr on a 1999 v reg for sale it says it is a 2.0 and does it share the engine with any other model,and whats the bhp and the engine type/code??

The engine is a 3s-fe is also used in the early rav 4's before the vvt-i engines came out. It produces 130bhp if i remember right.

thanks for that it was very helpfull dont now much about avensis always had celica gt4's and mk1 mr2's

I've just bought one. on Parkers.co.uk it says 126bhp with 0-60 of 9.3. hope that helps.
