Info On Buying A T-sport

ITS GETTING VERY CLOSE NOW UNTIL I BUY A CTS. HENCE THE REASON IM VERY EXCITED. ALREADY ADDICTED TO LIFT WHEN TEST DRIVING A FEW CARS NEAR ME. I COULD TEST DRIVE THEM ALL DAY

WHAT MY QUERY IS MILAGE!! I KNOW TOYOTA ARE DECENT & RELIABLE CARS BUT I AINT RICH AND CAN ONLY SPEND SO MUCH ON ONE. JUST WONDERING WHATS THE MAX MILAGE I SHOULD GO FOR IN A 2ND HAND CAR??? DIFFICULT QUESTION I KNOW BUT JUST WONDERING.

AND ALSO ANY CTS IN SOUTH WALES, SWANSEA AREA AT ALL??? I HAVE ONLY SEEN ONE RECENTLY NEAR A TOWN CALLED HENDY ANY1 ON HERE???

I think the CTS is good and reliable even if its got high mileage on it from what I've heard.

I brought mine in 2005. It's an old 2002 '02 plate Pre-facelift model and it had 16k miles on it when I brought it (very low mileage I know!) I've had no problems with the car whatsoever and I'm sure it'll still be good after a few more years.

I think most T-Sports tend to be low mileage and being a Toyota Corolla were driven by older people hence most are unabused and driven carefully. Depends on what your getting and who was the previous owner I guess.

I was lucky as the salesman told me that my car was previous a company car to a older driver who only lived close to work hence the low mileage.

Go for the lowest mileage you can get for your money provided it has a good service history, i would avoid anything without service history regardless of mileage as these cars need to be revved and must have regular oil changes IMO.

Also i would avoid anything thats been "chavved" with low miles for obvious reasons.

Well i have seen one about 40miles with around 22,000 miles for £7700 roughly. Just hope its there for the next 2 months as i cant do anything until June!! Hope these months go really fast and the car is still there!!

I would agree with what the guys have said on here, service history a must! and steer clear of any chavved up ones.

Is that a face lift you are looking at for that price?

ahh rite, i saw the pipeline progress everyday building it by the country lane by me and by motorway junction near llanelli. Theres a grey 1 about 19000 miles in ammanford going for £9000 roughly!! bit expensive for me tho.
