Hello! And I Need A Little Help - Side Vent Covers?

Hi! I'm Lennie, proud owner of a very green mk3 MR2 (2000) and I have managed to suss out that my drains are blocked (water in the storage compartments and a telltale puddle if I look down the side of the roof when I fold it back) and I've seen the instructions for sorting it out - all very straightforward BUT....could someone tell me how to get the side vent covers off please? Thought I should ask before I just attempt to pull them off in anger lol!

Thanks!

Welcome to the club Lennie!

They just pop out, just get underneath with something that won't damage the body work. Watch the clips though and follow Les' excellent instructions, you can't go wrong!

Hi I have the same problem with water in my storage compartment. You mention Les' instructions to cure problem. Can you please let me have the same or point me in the right direction. Many thanks.

Hi to you both and welcome to the club

At the top of the "Roadster & MR-S page you will see " Technical Information Hints & Tips" which is HERE

Just click on the appropriate link ;)

*The covers will pull off quite easily and sometimes leave the fasteners behind (as in the pictures), just follow the instructions*
