Ecu For Celica 190

Hi can anyone please tell me of a place to get a new ECU for my 2001 celica 190 (2zz-ge). U have had 2 replacement engines fitted after the oil pump going on my original engine. On both replacement engines the engine management light is coming on and the codes are for the OCV. Also can anyone tell me if an ecu out of any 2zz-ge will go in or does it have to be reset??
