Lucida Valve Clearances

Hi, This is my first question...ever!

I have a Lucida Estima 2.2 TD and it is a 1995. I am in the middle of having the engine fault fixed, :( but we are stuck on the valve clearance settings!!

I would appreciate it if some kind and knowledgable person would be able to answer this for me! ;)

Oh, also I forgot, I need the cylinder head torque settings please!!

Valve clearances are on a label on one of the door pillers.

Valve clearances are on a label on the underside of the bonnet. Sorry for misleading earlier.
