Spare Wheel Bracket Fallen Off My Surf

hi there this is my first post i really need to find out how to fix my spare wheel bracket back on,it has pulled through the body work and come off completly.has anyone had this happen before? or know of a garage in herts to fix it.many thanks.

I would think that a body shop was your best bet, the door pillar has metal plates inside to reinforce it to take the extra weight.
