theres 3 blacks, 5 blues and one other platinum driving round here... seen quite afew red/ice blue ones!!

theres a stupid amount of yellow 107's and red c1's knocking around too! glad i didnt go for the 107 in the end... sooooo ugly!

Just joined the club today and noticed this thread kicking about...

I were really impressed with the interior personally - the Leather/Alcantara upholstery is absolutely cracking! And the bluetooth hands-free option on the Blue model is an accessory which can be retrofitted to the Platinum (if you feel the need to make a call whilst driving)

I WILL admit the blue is a cracking shade of Blue however the interior is where you spend most of your time - unless you live on the exciting side of life by driving everywhere like Ace Ventura with your mug out the window...

And my dealer advised me, along with confirmation from the Service Manager, that A/C can be added to a Platinum Aygo that came from the factory without it - and at a cheaper alternative (although that was his wee offer to me :D )

As for the wheels, yes they do have a touch of feminism about them (i.e. girly) however simple solution to this is by buying lightweight 14" or 15" wheels - If you've ever read Banzai magazine then you'll have a slight idea what i'm on about ;)

Welcome to the club & congratulations on your choice of colour. You are right - you drive inside the car, not outside. The leather trim is excellent.

Don't take any notice of the likes of SJ & Jeff M. & their mates - they're just bitter blues!

More people have voted platinum on here as all us cool blue crew ;) are too busy swanning about in our cars taunting the the silvers! ;)

And the "you spend more time looking at your interior" rubbish!! I look lovingly out the window at my car all the time, and if I had that view i would never put make up on

Anyhoo ya picked an Aygo so spot on there!!

I do intend to mod it but only with the Toyota Accessories in the brochure - i got a contact who still gives me staff discount on Genuine Parts

The car's gonna be an excellent wee mini-cruiser! Well excited and its available on my bday which is in 6 days time!!!

Congratulations! I picked up my platinum this morning. Been enjoying getting use to its querks compared to the 107. Can't wait to give it some proper attention tomorrow.

The only bit I'm not sure about is the platinum Badge at the back might remove it. But it really is a great little car.

Welcome to the club. Great choice of colour. There are a few on here that think Blue is better - but the Platinum has come out on top in recent polls. Had mine just over 2 months & still loving it!

Does anyone have a any pictures of the platinum with the TTE sideskirts? I'm thinking about it, but not seen one with it as yet. Though I'm still not entirely sure it's worth the extra money, damn cars so expensive!

Hi all. Have just ordered a platinum 5dr myself, £7745 without a/c. Think i did ok but have not got a delivery date yet, provisionally first week in july so about 7 weeks. Anyone know if this is attainable or pure fantasy ? From Sheffield so will try to get to meadowhell with a camera to get some ideas. Cheers Dom
