3s-gte Manual Turbo Switch

I own a ST202 with a 3S-GTE drop in, and I have steadily been building it to be a street car. Recently got a bigger turbo, and installed a cold water spray kit using four windshield wiper nozzles on a manual switch. The idea occurred to me that maybe I could put the turbocharger on a switch too, make it an on/off type thing. Question is...HOW do i put the turbo on a switch?

you can't it's not like NOS, your car would run really badly without the turbo spooling as the low compression for Forced Induction engine wouldn't run well as a N/A. However what you could do is get your hands on an Electronic Boost Controller, that would allow you to run minimal boost for maximum fuel efficiency, then switch to a higher boost when you want to 'give it the beans'

(i'm prepping my corolla for a 3S-GTE at present)

Pretty much everything. Got the GT4 bonnet, wing, ground effects....I am looking into a full 4wd conversion, but even in the preliminary stages it is proving to be expensive. I know this guy who drives a GTR33 who has his turbo on a switch...I do believe it is tied to the ECU and the boost controller, but as to the particulars, he is refusing to tell. Fuel in my country is at $12.75 a gallon at the moment, and the 3S-GTE is not the cheapest engine to run. Not complaining too much though, my previous vehicle was a 3.1L v6 Isuzu Rodeo. Would spend over $200 a week for gas just going to work and back.
