New Budget Road Tax Charges

Has anyone managed to work out (or been told) what the new RFL charges are going to be?

I have had a look at the budget online and it says that alternative fuel vehicles will get a discount, from my calculation that would mean no road tax in 2009/10 and £10 in 2010/11 as groups A thru I get £20 discount in 09/10 and £10 in 10/11 or have i miss-read this?

It will be £20 in 2009-2010
