Rattle In Engine

hi, ever since i changed my oil a slight rattle has startyed in my engine..it sounds like its coming from around the timing chain area... the oil i used was fully synthetic Redline 10w40....ive done about 2.5k since the oil change and its especially loud when its cold...the oil level hasnt dropped at all... should i change the oil to something else? or is it a common noise...i was listening to some elise 111r engines at a recent trackday and a few of them had the same rattle... thanks
