Tte Parts For Auris 2.0 D4d

Hey Guys,

I'm new here. I drive a Metallic Silver Auris 2.0 D4D. It's stock.

I've been considering looking into some of the TTE Motorsport parts for the Auris, has anyone done this? What are your experiences with Ordering, and getting stuff done by Toyota?

I've been thinking about getting; The Front Lip, Rear Spoiler, Rear Skirt, Side Skirts, alloys, Lowering Springs and an Ipod Kit.

The Lowering Springs; How do they affect the car? Any drawbacks?

Also, riding on thinner tyres? More road noise?

Does anyone know how much the parts roughly cost?

Here's basically what i'd love the Auris to look like:

Obviously minus that Black Front part... :)

  • 2 weeks later...

We've got the new Auris SR 2.0 D-4D, which has 17" alloys (low profile tyres) and the TTE lowering springs. Its surprisingly smooth, not bumpy at all. Go for it, looks much better than stock when its lowered (even though not as low as in the Toyota Advertisements, not too sure where they got their pictures from :P)

(and your pics aren't working!)

I fitted the rear spoiler and the front splitter.

Front Splitter

I'm not going to bother with the side skirts but might put on the mud flaps.

I don't have either a silver or 2.0 D4D but have fitted most of the kit you are interested in to my black T180.

I have:

Lowering springs

Painted rear mudflaps

Painted side skirts

Painted front skirt

Painted rear spoiler

Stainless steel tail pipe trim

No rear skirt (mud flaps and tail pipe trim instead) or I-Pod kit.

Also fitted armrest extension, alloy pedals, and light window tint (not in photos).

Bodykit/mudflaps combination painted and fitted was about £600 + rear spoiler/chrome trim/scuff plates as an option when bought.

Springs were about £350 fitted.

It doesn't roll as much with the lowering springs though I cannot really compare as I only test drove a T180 for about 1/2 hour, but did do the 2 day 2.0 D4D test.

Have look to see if it's what you want.
