Tourer Loadlip

Anyone with a Tourer will know that it's easy to scratch the flat loadlip (bumper)

I have asked my local Mr T and the say that they are as keen to get a protector ( as one can get for the hatch ?!!)

as I am. I have the 'cling film' but am not to keen on it, would prefer something proper.

To the point, I saw an Auris the other day that had a black/grey strip of plastic in said place and the shape of the flat

lip looked similar to the Tourer. A bit narrower and shallower would not bother me too much

as long as its not too out of place (my car's black.)

Would this protector possibly fit the car?

i have a more substantial one fitted to mine. it came with the protection pack. i understand that you can get them seperately so it seems strange that the dealer isnt aware of it. my car is black as well and the strip blends in nicely except it is ribbed instead smooth like the bumper.

great, must be a new-ish thing then as there was none last year.

I'll call Mr T right away to order one.

got one and its fine. local Mr T said that the 55 plate (according to Toyota this was for the 06 onwards ) was not compatible but was prepared to take a chance and its fine. I am :D
