Looking For Old Carburetor Help

So I come here hoping for some direction. I can't get enough fuel to my carb and I suspect either accelerator pump or a fuel valve..??? The fuel pump works. I just took the carb apart and the jets are clear. It sounds like it sucks air well but no gas arrives. Here's a pic of the old thing: http://picasaweb.google.com/jlefla/ToyotaCarburetor The number for the carb is 21100 A31182 Anybody know if I can just replace it with any other type 20R carburetor? Thankz Very Much for any reply!!!
