Cone Filter Life?

Hi,

I've put a Cold Air Induction Kit in my Yaris tsport almost 2 years ago. How long do these last until they need replacing? Do you need to clean them regularly?

I have the Envy Cold Air induction kit that looks like it has been discontinued now.

As long as they don't have holes in them they should last a long time

just give it a soak in warm soapy water for a few hours to get the muck off and dry it out thoroughly before you put it back on your car.

Envy kit and the apexi are both dry filters so they will never need oiling, so a good soak should be fine.
