Baby Rattles

Hello all,

With the current glorious weather I decided to save the planet and switch off the aircon and open some windows instead. Unfortunately, this meant that I noticed a rather unpleasant metallic rattle each time I changed gear. It definitely isn't pinking (lots of experience of that from my old 1.6 lean burn Carina) and only occurs during gear change (not if accelerating/decelerating in the same gear). My baby is a 54 plate 2 litre petrol with 32000 miles on the clock.

Wonder if anyone has any ideas? (apart from close the windows or wear earplugs in summer!).
