Removal Passenger Door Trim

Was wondering if anyone has any photos/instructions/ideas on how to remove the passenger door trim, i have an annoying rattle coming from this area that i would like to try and cure myself. Being a novice at removing trim I thought it be wise to ask the question on the relevant forum. Tried the dealer and they haven't cured it, it is a rav4 07 plate.

Rattles - they are a right pain in the ****. :(

Can also be quite difficult to find a lot of the time.

Might be worth checking that it is not that first, assuming you haven't already.

I have a rattle that comes from the switchgear in the drivers door so that is worth checking in the passenger door. I will get around to is soon but if it starts now I just rest my knee on it!
