"rotating Gears" "card In Bycicle Wheel" Like Nois

Hello,

I have a Avensis 1.8 petrol SW my07 - Feb/08 - 4000 KM

I have strange noise that start from 1200 rpm to ( and after remain ) idle only when very warm ( maybe because when cold rpm's are higher...)

It is clearly audible when engine "return" to idle after high rpm's ( from about (or more )2000/2500 to down)

It sounds like "a card in bycicle wheel" or also "rotating gears", is not at high frequency but quite "low" in tone and also not strong but irritating !!

Pressing throttle it disappear for just second in the same moment I can hear the "click" of a valve, relay or other similar device ( I don't know) but after that return till over 1200 rpm and also follows the rpm's ( going up also "sound frequency" go up ( or down, of course) in the specified range)

It seems from "inside" the car but, in total quite site, seems "under" the car outside also.

From engine no abnormal noises and Toy men, after long test with computer, hears...and a lot of patience says all ok but I am convinced that noise come from some mechanical parts that resonate in the range 600 to 1200 rpm because it exactly "starts" and "stops" at same 1200 and if try to move with parking brake blocked it stops descending from 600 to quite engine off.

All under car parts has been tested and all bolt are blocked; also exhaust system seems stable, fixed and ok.

Otherway the car is too new for clutch, bearings, gear ad so on.

Any ideas ???

Last resort by Toy men is a "european info request" in the Toy network and we are waiting but I am not happy about this procedure.

Excuse for bad english, I write from Italy.

Thanks !
