Denso Iridium Sparkplugs

I have a Carina E XLi 1600 model 1993. I would like to buy new sparkplugs and the Denso Iridium seems to be great. But I don't find the good reference. On US catalogues, the Carina doesn't exist but a lot of cars have the same engine (4A-FE). I don't know if I should buy the IK16 model or the IQ16. Anyone could help me ? Regards,
