Looking At Buying A Corolla T3

Hi everyone, am new to all this forum stuff. My boyfriend is on a few of them though.

Ok have gone from an Astra which I am going to sell soon looking for something a bit more fun. Price range is about 4k and the corollas have low milage around this price and are newer than other cars in the same price bracket.

Trouble is that I have been a bit spoilt as my boyfriend has a Honda Integra DC5 which he got after having an Accord Type R. I love the Teg so hopefully want to personalise my new car so it is a bit different to others on the road. Few tasteful modifications etc.

Any ideas or suggestions on what mods are available etc? what should i be looking for on the corollas? Boyfriend's brother in law has a Corolla E86 which has been in fast car its about 23 years old and still in excellent condition.

Looking for an 03 plate or thereabouts

If you have a good look around you would be able to pick up a Corolla T Sport (Pre Facelift) with around 50-60k on the clock for your £4k budget

That way you'll still have the power and already be different from all the other Corolla's on the road!

Been looking on pistonheads and autotrader already. Which model number am i after then?

From what you've described you're looking at an E12 Corolla.

If you search under T Sport's they were only introduced on the E12 shape.
