Bit the bullet and bought our first RAV4 and collecting it on tuesday . :D

The first noob question is how am i to connect my ipod to the stereo ? I do have an F.M. transmitter but its a tad fiddly so i wondered if there is a wired input available at the rear of the stereo i.e. ( phono in ) ?

Rav model is an 06 xtr btw .

Hello Rob, and I know you won't be disappointed with your Rav4.

There's no phono in, unfortunately, but thanks to the knowledgeable Anchorman there is a topic on how to connect an ipod - and here's the linky. If you hadn't sussed this already, the excellent Kingo aka Parts-King will supply the interface kit at a very good price

Thanks for that . That option could work well as i have a spare old pod that could live in the car permanently .
