hi where can you get the best spark plugs for the rav4.1 i have twin electrode but are Iridium better and do toyota sell them.

also best place for k&n panal filter. as i think they are alot cheaper in the long run

Iridium tend to be better if yer going to thrash the engine, otherwise the standard are ok. At the age of car, you might be better thinking about a new set of HT leads.

On the K&N, if you google it, there's lots of suppliers. I tend to use Demon Tweeks cos the website is good and theres a wide range of stuff, but you might even get a better deal from a local tuning shop. If you are using the K&N in the existing air filter box, you'll probably get a bit more noise and I don't think there's much power benefit. - They can of course be washed out and re-used.
